In addition to custom solutions, IASE offers our customers products assembled from our high-quality modules. Within a product, IASE modules can be interchanged to provide a variety of packaging functionalities.
All IASE packaging systems feature:

All IASE products are thoroughly tested to ensure up to 99.6% efficiency.
This combination of modules offers our customers a complete solution. The ACL-800 features dual infeeds to manage product spacing; these infeeds lead to two dual chain collators to ensure maximum efficiency. From there, one of our new SR-56 dual axis robots picks rows of product and stacks it in the boxes which have been denested and formed by the carton former. Once the carton has been filled, it is glued and closed before being transferred to an outfeed belt.
