IASE Status Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

September 10, 2020

The impact of the COVID-19 virus in the United States (US) has been difficult to predict and will likely remain uncertain for the foreseeable future.  Out of an abundance of caution, IASE Co., Inc. continues to take action to protect employees, customers and business units to remain healthy and safe.

IASE’s production sites are located exclusively in New Jersey USA and have remained fully operational, with no disruption to sales, customer service or production. We are fully adhering to the advice of the Government and are taking our own additional steps to protect the IASE Team.

Our large inventory of raw materials and finished goods ensures that IASE Co., Inc. has a rolling average inventory range of approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable future we may be seeing some delays from our suppliers which will affect delivery times. We are doing our utmost to ensure as little as a delay as possible.

IASE is committed to supporting our employees, our business partners, and our local community, as we all adjust to these challenging and changing circumstances. We are committed to minimizing disruptions to our collective businesses. Currently, these events are not impacting our machine up-time or our global R&D efforts. We are undertaking some changes to make doing business with us easier.  We have implemented 24-hour help-desk remote support and downtime prevention measures to ensure that our customers with existing machinery have the utmost support.

We will continue to communicate individually, with our current customers and partners, any limitations the COVID 19 situation places on our ability to provide the service and support our customers rely on from IASE.

The IASE Co., Inc. Group understands these precautions may continue to impact the way our companies interact over the coming months.  We ask your understanding as we focus on the health of our employees and integrity of our facilities.

We are all praying for a swift end to this crisis and will keep all those affected by it in our thoughts and prayers.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to your IASE Account Manager.

Sincerely,

Pasquale M. D’Egidio
VP- Vice President
